Error 'csrfhash'
This topic describes the reasons why the csrfhash error appears in GFI HelpDesk.
CSRF code is added to add a security layer to GFI HelpDesk.
There are two main reasons why you could get a csrfhash error in GFI HelpDesk:
- You are likely to get this error if you are being redirected to GFI HelpDesk login from some other website.
- The error may also happen if your templates are way out of date.
