Replying to multiple tickets simultaneously

Mass Reply is used for sending the same resolution/reply/email to multiple users.

This feature is commonly used to send an email to multiple customers to inform them of scheduled maintenance and/or possible downtime.

To reply to multiple tickets simultaneously, do the following:

  1. Go to Staff Control Panel > Tickets > Manage Tickets.
  2. Select the required tickets and click Mass Reply.
  3. A text box is displayed in which you can type your response.
