LoginShare Error: Invalid Data Provided: 2
The following error message appears in the support center login page:
Invalid data provided: 2
This suggests that you have enabled the LoginShare for users and something is wrong either with the user account in the third-party database or the LoginShare script.
To resolve this error, do the following:
- Check if the issue is with the specific user account or if no user is able to log in the help center.
- Verify the LoginShare settings in your GFI HelpDesk under Admin CP > Users > LoginShare.
- Set all the required fields in the LoginShare settings properly.
