Marking tickets as spam
Email Spam, also known as junk email or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), is a subset of spam that involves nearly identical messages sent to numerous recipients by email.
- To avoid spam emails in the help desk, you can use the Spam button available on tickets.
- Spam button assists in marking a ticket as spam which is moved to the Trash folder.
- Further, the email address of the spammed ticket is banned in the help desk, which does not allow the spammed user to submit tickets via email queue.
- You can check the banned email address list from Admin CP > Mail Parser > Ban.
