Configuring time zones in GFI HelpDesk

Help desk allows the administrator to set up different time zones according to the requirements, to specify correct Date and Time within different processes.

An administrator can set the date and time format and values by following the below steps:

  1. Login to Admin CP and go to Settings > Date and Time.
  2. Enable Automatic Daylight Savings” can be enabled/disabled according to the time. The same time is reflected in the tickets, chats, and reports, etc.

Additionally, staff members can select their time zone depending on their requirements by logging to Staff CP and navigating to Preferences > Time Zone.
