Disabling customer satisfaction surveys

This topic provides step-by-step instruction on how to disable customer satisfaction surveys on Tickets and Chats.

Disabling Ticket Surveys

By default, survey emails are enabled only for the 'Closed' ticket status.

  • You can disable the survey emails by navigating to Admin CP > Tickets > Statuses > Closed > Options > Send satisfaction survey email = No.

Disabling Chat Surveys

  • Empty the contents of the following phrases from Admin CP > Languages > Phrases :

    * chatendednotificationsub

    * chatendsurvey

Survey email/chat is not sent to the user asking for rating and comments.
