Creating tickets on behalf of an existing user

This topic provides the steps to create the tickets on behalf of an existing user.

Follow the steps below to create the tickets on behalf of an existing user.

  1. Navigate to the Staff Control Panel > Select Tickets > New Ticket.
  2. Select As a user as the ticket type.
  3. Choose the department from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Next.
  5. You can then log a ticket on behalf of a user by adding his name.
