Setting up signatures for outgoing emails

Signatures in the outgoing emails are pulled from the Staff Profile and the Email Queues. However, signatures set up in the Staff Profile are always displayed above the Email Queue signatures in the outgoing emails.

This article provides instructions to set up the Staff Profile and Email Queue signatures.

Setting up a staff profile signature

  1. Navigate to the Staff Control Panel by clicking Home > My Preferences > Profile tab.
  2. Enter the signature you’d like to use.
  3. Click Update to save.

Setting up an email queue signature

  1. Navigate to the Admin Control Panel by clicking Home > Email Parser > Email Queues > Select the email queue > Settings tab.
  2. Enter the signature you’d like to use.
  3. Click Update.
