Reset an Individual User’s Password

To reset a user’s password:

  1. Login to GFI OneConnect using an administrator account.
  2. From the top-right menu, navigate to Settings > Users.
  1. Search for the appropriate user account and locate it in the users table. On the same line as the user account listing, click Change Password.
  2. In the New Password box, type a new password.
  3. In the Confirm Password box, retype the new password.
  4. Click OK.
