Error: "Email or password is not valid"
Issue encountered
When trying to connect to Mobile App, user get the error: Email or password is not valid.
Possible causes
- Users have not been added to the Mobile Application Enabled Users list.
- The email and/or password is incorrect.
Possible solutions
- Ensure that the user is listed under the Mobile Application Enabled Users list. Add the user if not listed. For more information refer to Continuity mobile apps.
- Provide the user with the correct email address as shown in the Users screen and the appropriate authentication method.
