Customizing support center look
This topic provides instruction on how to customize the look of your support center.
To change the look and feel of the client support center, modify the required templates from the admin control panel:
- Login to Admin Control Panel and go to Templates > Groups > Templates. The associated templates are
clientcssandheader. - Templates can be modified to hide the Search bar or Loginbox or Subscribe option.
- The widgets can be hidden from Admin Control Panel > Widgets.
Client support center and Control panel logos can be changed from:
- Admin control panel > Templates > Header Logos.
- The logos must fit inside 150px (width) by 24px (height).
