Disabling the user registration form on support site
This topic addresses the possibility of disabling the User Registration form on a Support Site.
In GFI HelpDesk, you can disable the User Registration form on a Support Site. You can stop people from registering at the Support Center by deactivating the Register Widget by navigating to Admin CP > Widgets > Register Widget, and selecting No for the Is Enabled option.
Users are automatically registered when they log their first ticket or initiate their first chat from your Support Center.
