- Go to Admin CP > News > Settings > Synchronization Settings.
- Insert the RSS link location under Global News RSS URLUniform Resource Locator is the address of a web page on the world wide web. setting.
The RSS feed from the mentioned link is synchronized when News Synchronization cron runs at your helpdesk.
By default, News Synchronization cron runs after every 30 minutes. This can be administered through Admin CP > Scheduled Tasks > Manage.
