Working Offline
When working offline all features of Outlook Connector are available but synchronization with the GFI Archiver mail archives is suspended. This feature can be used to reduce network bandwidth usage or when access to GFI Archiver is not available.
To put Outlook Connector in offline mode:
- Microsoft Outlook® 2007: Click the GFI Archiver toolbar and select Work Offline. Repeat the procedure to restart synchronization.
- Microsoft Outlook® 2010: Click Work Offline from the GFI Archiver tab in the Microsoft Outlook® Home tab.
