Synchronization status
File Archive Assistant uses different icons to show the status of synchronized files:

File or folder is synchronized with GFI Archiver. |
|
File Archive Assistant is uploading a new file. |
|
Conflict between 2 users who are trying to access the same file in a shared folder. |
|
The file has been modified and is no longer synchronized with GFI Archiver. |
|
The file is being modified and is currently locked. |
