Using this help
Use this help to find out how GFI OneConnect tools can add value to your email infrastructure.
Intended Audience
This help system is intended to end users of GFI OneConnect. Its content assumes that you understand general computer terminology and are comfortable using a web browser and performing tasks in a user interface. Depending on how the product is configured for your organization, some features described in the documentation may not be available to you.
Navigating the help
Find the required help topics using:
- Search - key in the terms to find in the search box at the top of each topic. Open the results topic that best matches your search parameters.
- Top navigation bar - topics are grouped in the navigation bar according to major functions of using the product. Click a node or sub-node to locate the required information.
- Related topics - the right side bar contains topics related to the currently active topic. Click a topic to read more.
- Glossary - certain key terms contain a definition to help users who are unfamiliar with the term. Hover your cursor over terms that have a dashed underline to show the definition.
Topics also include various functionality, such as hyperlinks, that enable you to quickly find and navigate through the help.

Browser Support
This help system can be used in most web browsers that support HTML5 and CSS3, including Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or later, and the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
NOTE
If using Internet Explorer 9 in Compatibility view mode, certain features may not work. It is recommended to switch off Compatibility view.
