Archiving
GFI OneConnect Archive allows users to search messages that have been retained as part of their organization’s message archiving policies.
Archived email can then be searched, grouped according to various criteria, downloaded or restored to a mailbox.
GFI OneConnect Archive works with two types of users:
- GFI OneConnect users: who only have access to their personal email. For more information refer to Search Personal Email.
- GFI OneConnect reviewer users: who additionally have access to a group of users from their company. Reviewer users can create recovery archive, create retention holds, manage tags, and search failed messages. For more information refer to Managing Company Mail.
