File Archive Assistant: SSL certificate error
Issue encountered
File Archive Assistant displays a SSL certificate error.
Cause
The SSL certificate is expired.
Possible solutions
- Update your SSL Certificate and re-start the File Archive Assistant.
- Disable SSL settings on the GFI Archiver server:
- Open IIS Manager from Start > Administrative tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- Under your domain, expand Sites and locate Archiver_Services > Security > SSL Settings.
- Uncheck the Require SSL checkbox.
- Set Client certificates to Ignore.
- Close IIS Manager and restart the File Archive Assistant
