Outlook Connector: Offline Access issues
Issue encountered
One of the following issues is encountered:
- Cannot enable Offline Access from the settings dialog.
- Cannot set the Number of days for Offline Access greater than a particular number.
Cause
The offline access settings are automatically configured by the system administrator, or the feature is disabled by the system administrator.
Solution
Consult these issues with your system administrator.
