Modifying routing rule name/number
To change a CSIDCall Subscriber Identification, DID/DTMFDual-tone multi-frequency signalling or OCROptical Character Recognition route name or number:
1. From the routing rule properties dialog, select the Options tab.
2. Change the name or number of the routing rule.
3. Click Apply.
