Error 1701 during document conversion
Issue encountered
Faxes in the GFI FaxMaker Monitor get stuck converting attachments when processing outbound fax jobs. Eventually conversion times out with error 1701 and message:
- Document conversion timeout, or
- CoverpageA page containing information attached and sent as the first page of a fax. This page is customizable and can contain company logo and colors, sender and recipient information, fax details and more. Conversion timeout
