Adding a dynamic network object to Optimizer with CLI

The aim of this step is create a virtual circuitlogical definitions that partition a a physical network circuit and used to determine what traffic passes through it and how much which references a dynamic network objectnetwork objects automatically updated and maintained by the Exinda appliance created above.

Assuming we have created a Virtual Circuit named "Wan Inbound Choke" with reduced bandwidth, we can now reference the Dynamic Network Object created above using the following CLICommnad line interface command.
