Suspending users
Suspend a user to temporarily disable fax activity of the fax user's account. You can later re-activate a suspended user and retain all configured settings.
User functions
From the UsersAccounts configured in GFI FaxMaker Online that can send and receive faxes. screen, click 
next to the user to suspend and click Suspend User. Click OK to confirm suspension.
Activating a suspended user
To re-activate a suspended user, click next to the user to activate and click Activate User. Click OK to confirm activation.
