Files are not being archived
GFI Archiver could stop archiving files for several reasons, including but not limited to: incorrect configuration, out of date database schema, large databases, large emails in the journal mailbox or interference of third party anti-virus and backup software.
To confirm emails are not being archived, from GFI Archiver server, navigate to Configuration > Archive StoresA collection of email sources, email metadata and search indexes within GFI Archiver. Click Summary and check Last Email Archived On. If the date of the last file or email archived is not recent there is a problem with the system.
