Classification Rules

Classification Rules enable you to automatically classify items according to the content. From the moment that a classification rule is enabled, new emails are automatically reviewed according to the classification rule set up and labeled accordingly in their respective Archive Store.

Using the Advanced Search functionality in the Archive tab, users can search archived items for a particular label. The search can also be saved in the Classifications window in the Archive tab for ease of use. For more information refer to Using Advanced Search.
