Setting emergency numbers
When configuring emergency numbers, you can:
- add emergency numbers to the system,
- enable direct dialing (without the prefixCountry codes, area codes, a number, or a set of numbers that are dialed before the telephone numbers. for calling external networks).
NOTE
Call permitions and security restrictions are not applied to emergency numbers.
Configuring emergency numbers
- In the administration interface, go to Configuration > Call Routing.
- Click the Emergency Numbers button placed in the lower left corner.
- Click Overwrite and select the country.
- If the lists of emergency numbers do not suit your needs, click Add to create your own emergency numbers.
Enabling direct dialing
All outgoing calls to external networks use a prefix. You can configure an exception for emergency numbers:
- In the administration interface, go to Configuration > Call Routing.
- Click the Emergency Numbers button placed in the lower left corner.
- Check Enable direct dialing.
- Select Used outgoing route. This route will be used for all calls to the emergency numbers.
WARNING
If the direct dialing is enabled, you cannot create extensions which equal the emergency numbers.
