I get the error ’Error: unable to save settings’ when updating settings in the old Webmail
This problem is typically caused by a corrupted user setting file. This problem can be resolved by deleting this file.
- The user should close Outlook, any other mail applications, and WebMail.
- On the mail server, go to the user's mail directory.
- Find the
settings.usrfile, and delete it.
The user should then be able to log in and not experience this error. If the error persists, contact Kerio Support.
