Troubleshooting and support

A list of common issues encountered when using GFI MailEssentials:

Dashboard shows no email is being processed

Microsoft Exchange Agents cannot be installed

Spam emails are not blocked

Spam email from my own domain

Slow processing of emails

Emails sent from whitelisted senders are blocked

Legitimate emails are moved to the failedmails folder

Email classified as spam is delivered to the users' inbox
