To reset another user's password:

1. From the GFI Directory console, go to Manage > Users.
2. From the list of users, select the required user.
3. Click the Password tab
4. In the New Password field, key in a new password.
5. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the same password.
6. Click Reset Password.
7. Click OK.

If the users remember their current password, they can perform a password reset themselves.

To login as a GFI Directory user and reset your own password:

1. In an Internet browser, go to http://[server name]/GFIDirectory.
2. Use your login credentials to access the GFI Directory console.
3. Browse to User Details > Password.
4. In the Current Password field, type your current password.
5. In the New Password field, key in a new password.
6. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the same password.
7. Click Reset Password.
8. Click OK.
