Outlook Connector Guide
The Outlook Connector is a plug-in that synchronizes GFI Archiver with Microsoft Outlook®. The Outlook Connector enables users to see the email messages archived by GFI Archiver in Microsoft Outlook®. Archived emails are displayed in Microsoft Outlook in an organized folder structure, identical to that in the user’s mailbox.

Mailbox folder structure retrievalA GFI Archiver feature that enables you to synchronize the mailbox folder structure in Microsoft Exchange with GFI Archiver must be enabled in GFI Archiver for Outlook Connector to display emails with the folder structure identical to the user’s mailbox.
