The GFI Archiver Import Service is not running
Issue encountered
The import/export task displays: The GFI Archiver Import Service is not running.
Cause
The GFI Archiver Import Service is not running.
Solution
Ensure that the GFI Archiver Import Service is started:
- Select Start > Run, key in
services.mscand click Enter. - Ensure that the GFI Archiver Import Service is started. In case it is not, right-click it and select Start.
